This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to SQL Database Bridge, sold by The PopUpFactory LLC.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for change of mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or contact us at support@sql-bridge.lovable.app and we will help arrange it.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to post the funds. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
